SAMDUP, Dr. Pema Eden

Dr. Samdup left COL at the end of June 2011 and has now returned to IGNOU.
Dr. Pema Eden Samdup joined the Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA) as Programme Officer on 10th July 2008. She came to us from the Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi where she was a Senior Lecturer in English. With a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies from the Centre for English Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, she brings with her expertise in language, literature and cultural studies apart from her experience in curriculum design, and course development for about 8 years in the Open and Distance Learning system from one of the world's largest mega universities - IGNOU. She is also deeply interested in ICT intervention in the Humanities.
