Welcome to  COLME

The COMMONWEALTH OF LEARNING MEDIA EMPOWERMENT initiative was conceived by the Commonwealth of Learning to provide a framework and a rationalization to COL's technology and media based projects.  COLME focuses on a process that would include needs analysis, implementation and on-going evaluation.  The basic aim of COLME is to provide sustainable models that local stakeholder(s) in-country can build upon and replicate.

PLEASE NOTE: COLís COLME programme was wound down during 2007-2008. Please see www.col.org/livelihoods for COLís current Livelihoods & Health programme activities.
