COLME EVALUATIONS 

This post implementation phase insures that there is an on-going process for evaluation of the COLME project.  Questions to be considered are:

• Did the project meet its required goals?
• How effective are the stakeholders in creating and delivering content via the delivery system?
• How effective has the media aided in rectifying a problem or creating awareness?
• Is there an on-going training process for new persons entering the system using the media?
• Do the users of the system feel their productivity has been increased?
• Has there been a cost saving due to the system?
• How can the system be improved in replicated?
