Dalip joins CEMCA with a versatile professional experience of about 40 years, which inter-alia includes Financial Management, Budget, Accounts, setting up of New Systems and Administration under the Govt. of India, the Indian Agriculture Research Institute, IGNOU and CEMCA. While working under the Govt. of India he was drafted on deputation to IGNOU in 1985, before the University was formally inaugurated, and was the first person to join the Finance & Accounts division of IGNOU with the responsibility of handling day to day work and to design the systems.
