Mr. Malay Kapoor joined COL in March 2005 as Human Resources & Contracts Coordinator. His role is to focus on COL's human resource needs including the designing and implementation of the performance management system, international and local recruitment, managing staff training plans and Consultant contracts /agreements, in the context of COL's overall mission.
Prior to joining COL, Mr. Kapoor worked with Emirates Airlines in Dubai (UAE) for six years in the Human Resources Department where he was instrumental in improving staff performance at an international level amongst a highly diverse work force.
He has also been in the publishing business of educational and assessment tools for many years and has worked on contracts as an independent consultant with the government and non-government international agencies including United Nations Drug Control Program (UNDCP) and World Health Organization (WHO).
Mr. Kapoor's background includes earning a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Delhi, Delhi, India. His professional experience includes training in Systems and Management from the National Institute of Information Technology, New Delhi.
He has completed his certification of the Strategic Talent Management Program conducted by the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing, Inc., USA, with specialty training in Coaching High Potentials and Executives: The Personality Advantage and Personality-powered Talent Management: E-recruitment, Selection, Placement, & Succession Planning.
