Ms. Li joined the Commonwealth of Learning in 1989, becoming one of its first employees. She has worked in many areas including Asian programmes, training and technologies. She is now providing secretarial and administrative assistance to Education Specialists working in the areas of educational technology and school development. Ms. Li holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong Baptist College (now the Hong Kong Baptist University).
