The Commonwealth of Learning provided seed funding to assist with the establishment of a Bachelor of Education in Tech/Voc Training and Education Program, currently underway at the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. The program consists of 56 courses in total, making use, through adaptation, of the existing Diploma of Technical Teaching (in-service) materials developed by COL in conjunction with the University of Technology (UTECH), Jamaica.
