Quality Assurance in Dual Mode Universities

Most distance education in Australia is delivered by institutions that operate as dual-mode institutions with a mission to offer the same degree programmes to both on- and off-campus students. A prime example of a dual-mode institution offering flexible, delivery through the use of integrated technology systems is the University of Southern Queensland (USQ).

Chapter 12 of Towards a Culture of Quality provides detailed discussion of the impact of the use of integrated systems and processes to achieve quality of service to learners at USQ.
