The Pan-Commonwealth Forum organisers invite abstracts for papers, workshops and posters from:
The organisers will be particularly interested to receive proposals for presentations directly concerning the Forum sub-themes open schooling, non-formal adult and community education, corporate/industrial training, technical/vocational training, as well as university and college education as being applied in the developing countries of the Commonwealth. Presentations may take the form of:
Delegates are also encouraged to bring samples of their print, audio-visual, computer and telecommunications courseware for a display of Commonwealth open and distance learning materials. These may be "high tech" or "low tech"; both are welcome.
In submitting your one-page abstract, please ensure that you provide all of the following details:

Rich Text Format or Microsoft Word only or as hard copy to the address below.
The deadline for the submission of abstracts (case studies, workshops or posters) is 25 September 1998.
You will be notified as soon as possible as whether or not your submission has been accepted by 15 October 1998 at the latest.
In order to be included in the conference proceedings, papers and workshop presentations/designs must be completed and submitted by 30 November 1998.
