Organising Committees

The COL/UBD Pan-Commonwealth Forum Organising Committees are chaired by Dato’ Professor Gajaraj Dhanarajan, President & CEO of The Commonwealth of Learning (Programme), and Pehin Orang Kaya Putera Maharaja (Dato’ Seri Laila Jasa Awang Haji Abu Bakar), Vice Chancellor of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (Logistics). The Programme Committee is working in collaboration with the presidents of the Commonwealth’s open and distance learning professional associations. The Forum’s Programme Manager is Professor Colin Latchem and the Executive Co-ordinator is Mrs. Angela Kwan.
