ACCOMMODATION
The hosts are unfortunately unable to offer any free accommodation to delegates. Full details of available accommodation can be found on the Forum web site, and bookings can be made directly with the hotels concerned giving the quoted reference numbers. Delegates who do not have access to the web site and wish to receive a print copy of accommodation details should contact Event Dynamics. Delegates will be personally responsible for direct payment of all accommodation charges. Early reservations are recommended. As Durban is a resort city, providers will make bookings on a first-come-first-serve basis.

University of Natal – Very basic student-type accommodation
The organisers have managed to secure limited, single accommodation with communal bathrooms at the University of Natal. The University is situated approximately 17 kilometres West of the ICC, Durban. This accommodation can only be reserved on the attached registration form through Event Dynamics. Full pre-payment is required in order to secure the accommodation. The rate is quoted per person per day in single accommodation only, including breakfast and a daily shuttle service to/from the University/ICC.
