The “Early Bird” registration fees will only be applicable to those delegates who book and PAY prior to the cut off date. Should you register prior to the cut off date but omit to pay, you will be charged the higher registration fee.Your registration cannot be confirmed without FULL PRE-PAYMENT. Should Event Dynamics not receive your payment, proof of payment or a credit card guarantee by Monday 22 July 2002, your registration will automatically be cancelled.
As the venue for the Networking Evening can only hold a limited number of guests, reservations will only be confirmed once payment has been received and will be on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
A registration form is available from the Forum secretariat and on the Forum web site. Partial subsidies will be considered on a case-by-case basis for participants from developing Commonwealth countries.Due to financial and logistical considerations, the conference organisers may find it necessary to limit numbers attending.
