More than half of the resources included in the micro-site are articles from ODL journals and journals of other disciplines. Academic journals are a primary source of information for peer-reviewed articles disseminating original research on current developments in a specific discipline or a field of study. Most ODL journals include an abstract summarising the content of the article, which precedes the text.
