Dr Manas Ranjan Panigrahi joined CEMCA as Programme Officer: Education in May 2014. Before joining CEMCA, he served in the Department of Educational Planning and Management, College of Education and Behavioural Sciences, Haramaya University, Ethiopia, East Africa as Associate Professor in Education from 2010-2014.
Dr Panigrahi has also served Indira Gandhi National Open University, National Council for Educational Research and Training, and Manav Rachna International University, amongst others in different capacities. During his tenure in Haramaya University, he taught graduate level students in areas related to Instructional Supervision, Educational Policies & Development, Educational Technology, Educational Management & Administration, and Educational Research.
Having completed his bachelor degree, Dr Panigrahi pursued MA in Education from Kurukshetra University, and a second masters in History from Utkal University. He earned his Doctorate in Education from Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi, India. He has published a number of research articles, conceptual papers, monographs on education.
He is an accomplished organiser of professional events and has also participated in many teleconferencing, video conferencing and workshops on audio and video production at the national level.
