Dr Pema Eden Samdup has joined the Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA) in July 2023 as Senior Adviser: Open, Distance and eLearning.
Dr Samdup served as an Associate Professor at Indira Gandhi National Open University, India prior to joining CEMCA. She previously held the post of Programme Officer at CEMCA from 2008-2011. With her extensive knowledge and experience in open and distance learning, Dr Samdup has made valuable contributions to the field. She holds a PhD and MA in English from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a BA from Loreto College, India.
