Dr. Schontal Moore joined COL as Adviser: VUSSC in May 2024. Dr. Moore’s career has been focussed on educational technology and language within the Caribbean region, educational leadership, and the development and management of online and blended platforms in higher educational contexts. She previously served as Director for the Caribbean Centre for Educational Planning and as Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of West Indies (UWI), Jamaica. Dr. Moore holds a PhD, MA, BA and Dip Ed. from UWI, Jamaica, and a MEd from the University of Manchester, England.
