Ms Kexin Feng was appointed to the position of Programme Coordinator in March 2023. She first joined COL in 2019 in the role of Knowledge Management Assistant and in 2020 served as Programme Assistant. Ms Feng holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia, Canada and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College, USA.
