The second pillar of the project is dedicated to facilitating access to educational and training programs that empower women and girls to develop new skills, knowledge, and competencies, while also reintegrating girls and boys into the school system.

The project will collaborate with school authorities to tackle gender-based violence in schools. This includes revising and updating school redressal mechanisms to effectively counter violence against girls. The teaching and management staff will be trained to handle gender-based violence, thereby addressing gender inequality and fostering safe learning environments.

Furthermore, the project will work towards enlightening parents and traditional leaders about the developmental benefits of girls’ education through regular discussions held to address any concerns related to girls’ education.
