Fostering Thought Leadership on Gender in ODL/OER/TEL
COL is uniquely positioned in its work across 54 member states, with entire ecosystems around education, to foster thought leadership on Gender in ODL/OER/TEL. This includes through our signature Pan-Commonwealth Forum that welcomes submissions from academics and other practitioners, through dialogue in international fora, and by publishing the work of leaders in diverse ODL communities of practice.

PCF Paper Series: Gender in ODL/OER/TEL
COL’s flagship event, the Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning (PCF) held triennially, attracts hundreds of delegates from across the globe to explore applications of open and distance learning in widening educational access, bridging the digital divide and advancing the social and economic development of communities and nations at large.
