Climate change is intensifying risks to livelihoods, communities, and economies across the world, particularly in climate-vulnerable regions. These threats are accelerating the need for new skills, opportunities for leadership, and adaptive responses across sectors.

In an upcoming webinar from COL’s Empowering Women and Girls project, we will explore how green skills development can strengthen climate adaptation and resilience. With a focus on women and girls, the session will highlight innovative training initiatives in areas such as renewable energy, climate leadership, and emergency response. Participants will gain insights from real-world case studies that demonstrate how green skills can enhance resilience, expand economic opportunities, and support more inclusive pathways towards climate-adaptive futures.
