First Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning (PCF1)

COL’s First Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning (PCF1) was held in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam from 1-5 March 1999, in partnership with the Brunei Darussalam Ministry of Education and Universiti Brunei Darussalam. The forum attracted 300 international and 100 local delegates to celebrate COL’s tenth anniversary.
