Dr. B. Shadrach joined as Director, Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA) on 1 June 2022. Until recently, he served the Commonwealth of Learning as Adviser: Skills with responsibility for the Skills for Work initiative.
Prior to his work at COL, he has managed ICT4D and skill development programs in over forty nations around the world, working for organisations such as the International Development Research Centre, Canada, OneWorld International, UK; Transparency International, Germany, and the British Council in India.
Dr Shadrach earned his PhD in Information Science from Loughborough University, UK.
