Ms Sharmila Gracieuse provides executive level support to the President and CEO. Sharmila joined COL in March 2009 where she has worked in a number of areas including as Executive Assistant to the Director: Finance, Administration and Human Resources before being appointed to her current position in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mumbai, India.
