Professor Jane-Frances Agbu joined as Adviser: Higher Education in October 2021.
Professor Agbu has over a decade of experience in Higher Education and ODL in the African region. She previously served as Centre Director of the Abuja Study Centre at the National Open University of Nigeria. Professor Agbu holds a PhD and Master in Psychology from the University of Lagos and Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Nigeria.
