Following the successful delivery of Writing Effectively for UNICEF Tajikistan, COL received a request from UNICEF Europe and Central Asia Regional Office (ECARO), to adapt the course for delivery across eleven country offices in the ECA region. eLIO will deliver two training cohorts between May and November 2019 benefiting 63 selected staff.

The pioneering effort of a single country office in Tajikistan was timely and scalable for UNICEF. The need to build staff capacity across the region in clear, web-based writing skills supports a strategic priority: to increase public communication and access to country project documents through newly launched country web portals. Congratulations to UNICEF for their vision and trust in eLIO’s services, to bring about individual behavioural change and positive outcomes for the organisation.
