COL will work with local organisations to promote gender equality by training girls and women in skills for sustainable livelihoods. Women and girls will be trained in locally relevant skills courses, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, addressing environmental issues and climate change. COL will facilitate collaboration between women/communities and service providers/financial institutions to take advantage of available resources.
