An international workshop “Blockchain, Credentialing and Education” was co-hosted by COL and 3CL in May 2018.

COL received a delegation from the Ministry of Education and Employment, Malta, in September 2015. The delegates were Mr Joseph Caruana, Permanent Secretary to the Ministry and Dr Alex Grech, Senior Advisor.
